BELGA

Belga was a Belgian-inspired Brasserie on Union Street in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood. After landing on the name, we discovered a Belgian cigarette company named Belga which shut down sometime in the 1940s. We gladly borrowed some of their vintage ephemera to enhance our design. With traditional tilework, leather barstools and banquettes, Belga's beautifully classic atmosphere needed something campy in it's logo, menu, coasters and matches. It was a really fun restaurant with great cocktails, food and vibe. (Food & Drink photos by Aubrie Pick)
